At Sugar Creek Legal Services, in Chaska, Minnesota, Richard Haefele has been serving the local community for over 35 years. He is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships within the local community and with each of his clients, offering practical, efficient, and cost-effective legal counsel on a wide range of legal matters, including divorce, bankruptcy, and real estate.

Richard Haefele is licensed to appear before the State District Courts of Minnesota and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Attorney Haefele is a qualified mediator and a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Rick Haefele graduated with a B.S. degree in Engineering Operations from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa in 1967.  He served as an officer in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Conflict (1967–1970).  Rick worked for a patent law firm during school and graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1973. 

In addition to his general legal practice, Richard Haefele of Sugar Creek Legal Services is involved in the local community.

Attorney Haefele is a former member of the school board of Mound West Tonka, District 277, and has been involved with the Boy Scouts for over 40 years.
